I worked with Media Co-op to create this video for Rape and Sexual Abuse Service Highland (RASASH). Director Jenni Herd, helped me to create a semi-abstract and soothing style for this video. It was important to us to use calming colours and a soft tone of voice to help bring this video to life.
 

We also created a set of GIFs for use on social media, which demonstrated breathing techniques that can be used to ground yourself in times of distress. All illustrations and animations are my own.
